The Accreditation Process has to support the legitimation of the master formative path through the identification of those formative paths that identify training projects that are solid because of their contents, teacher’s training commitment, management of institutions that realize them as well as the guarantee of a continuity. Just like the teacher-student relationship needs to be personalized and contextualize on the base of somebody’s specific needs and skills, also the master formative paths need to be professionalized by competences, personalized and contextualized on the base of particular needs of the University and the territory it works in.The Accreditation’s goal is then to distinguish master’s paths that follow several requirements from countless programs provided, often lasting few days and with extremely reduced and specialized contents, still present on the market under the name of master.
