The CROSS SKILLS (informal and non-formal) that will be developed in the master are: 1. Skills ANALYSIS and SUMMARY of information - methodologies - strategies - techniques from various sources and instruments of knowledge and theoretical models to implement and evaluate interventions in the professional field. 2. Ability to DESIGN, SEARCH, experiment, innovate with new ideas and proposals that contribute to the improvement of the quality of the system and services in the context of the work of the Master. 3. Skills in BE ABLE TO SOLVE PROBLEMS AND TAKE DECISIONS, adapting interventions to the professional work situations and the social context where they live. 4. Skills in self-management,      in TIME MANAGEMENT,      in MANAGING EMOTIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS with others for the structuring of professional interventions. 5. Competence in the use of NEW TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATION OF INFORMATION, to support and develop effective and meaningful professional interventions. 6. Skills in INTERDISCIPLINARY COLLABORATIVE WORK GROUPS and in the 'scope of work of the Master, that allows the realization of concrete proposals that give specific solutions to professional interventions. 7. Abilities professional COORDINATION, PROMOTION DECISION-MAKING SKILLS EVALUATION the professional experience to an effective improvement of the service and the quality of the intervention in the workplace.
The GENERAL COMPETENCE OF DISCIPLINE that will be developed in the master are: 1. Skills to create professional interventions that give a RESPONSE TO REQUESTS the world of labor and Social Community territory. 2. Skills to develop professional actions that allow the CREATION OF AREAS OF COOPERATION STRATEGIES ON and in the workplace, knowing manage organizational strategies and skills of mediation. 3. Competence in 'TAKE NEW TOOLS PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL and the Knowledge Society, to design and adjust operational interventions in the workplace of the Master. 4. The Skill of Specialization and METHODS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE Professional Development in today's working and the Community Association. 5. Ability to apply professional strategies with an appropriate domain TOOLS and TECHNIQUES that will support the design, implementation and evaluation of effective and efficient in the work proposals bodies - Institutions - Companies in the local context. 6. Ability to promote actions that generate synergy in PROJECTS, PROGRAMS STRATEGIC PLANNING and Bodies - Institutions - Companies in the local context, with the aim of involving professionals from other socio-economic through the creation of networks of cooperative work.
The DISCIPLINE SPECIFIC COMPETENCE, which will be developed in the master, are: 1) skills in the 'use of methodologies technical / professional and competent interventions based on the qualification of the Master. 2) Professional skill in the consolidation of       theoretical concepts and operational tools       sphere: - technical / professional                      - Methodological application,                      - Socio-organizational,                      - Communicative-relational,                      - Innovation. 3) Skills / competencies specific to the development and exploitation of the potential and skills in the context of institutions-institutions- companies of the territory, able to coordinate and implement: • interventions and services in a professional environment; • support at work, tutorial assistance, coordination of group work and practical exercises; • the activities of design and innovation at the level of:      Institutions-Institutions-Companies in the territory,      Network of Learning Communities; • the professional activities of coordination, planning, • monitoring and evaluation of interventions. 4) Skill in the detection of requests and offers professional services Bodies-Institutions-Companies in the territory for the evaluation of real opportunities to enter the world of work. 5) Skills in the detection of career choices and the analysis of training needs of institutions-institutions-companies in the territory for building strategies for professional intervention, in view of the quality of service, in order to optimize:                   - The human resources staff,                   - The organizational system,                   - Structures and technical equipment.
