The ISPEF Model of Master tends to create methodological skills and professional skills that enable students to connect with professionals working in the area, so as to form and develop:•a scientific mentality production,•a common professional language,•methodological criteria shared•a network of professional relationships.
The objectives of the University and the Master must pursue are:1. The networking of institutions - Institutions - Companies that allow the establishment of a Community of Practice;2. Acquisition of essential tools for the creation of jobs and skills for action under the Treaty in the master;3. Coordinate, in logical systematic, innovative projects in Organizations - Institutions - Companies, providing joint courses of action research can develop the creativity of the students;4. The systemic construction of continuity between university education and professional activities, by sharing and joint evaluation of training and skills acquired by the students;5. Connection with bodies - Institutions - Companies that operate in the professional field of the Master, so that we can highlight the "best practices" realized;6. Production and dissemination of professional experience "best practices" that can create a cycle "virtuous" to improve the quality of work in the institutions - Institutions - Companies in the territory, including through the creation of networks of community of practice.
